Time
We can only safely fly in the early morning hours. Our launch times vary through the seasons depending on the sunrise. Call ahead for exact meeting time.

Weather
High winds or rain prevent us from flying. Please call 407-578-3031 after 6:00 p.m. to get the flight status for the next day.

Rescheduling
Should your scheduled flight be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your flight for the next available flight date that fits into your schedule.

Cancellation
Our policy is no charge for cancellation up to 48hrs before your flight. If flights are cancelled within 48hrs of the scheduled flight, $75 per person will be billed to your credit card.

Place
We primarily fly in the area southwest of Orlando. We meet at the Denny's restaurant, 12375 State Road 535 Orlando, FL 32836. Exit 68 off Interstate 4. Click here for an interactive map.



Participation
We encourage our passengers to participate in both the inflation and deflation of the balloon. We have found it adds greatly to the fun of the entire ballooning experience.

Post Flight
After landing, each passenger will receive complimentary champagne flute, pastries, cheese and crackers.

Pilots
All of our pilots are FAA certified commercial hot air balloon pilots and flight instructors with perfect safety records.

Insurance
We are fully insured.

Transportation
We have enough room in our chase vehicles to transport our crew and passengers. Family members and friends are welcome to come and watch the festivities, but they must provide their own transportation.

Attire
Casual and comfortable: Sneakers or low-heeled shoes. We cannot guarantee the landing will be in a nicely manicured field, so you may get your feet wet.

Cameras
Don't forget them, and remember to charge your batteries!

Smoking
Both for safety reasons and in consideration of other passengers, we request that there be no smoking in or around the balloon or any of the other motorized equipment.
